An Oil Refinery land and it Operational license is for sale.

Location: IBEJU LEKKI, LAGOS STATE.

Land Size: 345 ACRES.

Operational Capacity: 100,000 BARRELS OF CRUDE OIL PER DAY.


NOTE 1: The License has expired but can be renewed at the NNPC Towers, Abuja for $50,000 only.

NOTE 2: Documents are verifiable at DPR NNPC Towers, Abuja.

Requirements for Inspection:
Letter of intent (Lol) and Proof of funds (POF)

Seller will be responsible for the renewal of the Licence once Buyer is ready to deal.

Seller will release Documents to a serious Buyer for verification after showing proof of funds.

Commissions: Buyer and Seller are to pay 5% each, all totaling 10% of the entire sales of the Refinery License/Asset (Site), to all Stakeholders (Facilitators) on both the Buyer's and Seller's sides, respectively.
